This week was really good. Yesterday the primary in our branch gave the primary program. It was so cute. And it is the greatest joy to see one of your investigators give a talk in church!! He is only 11 yrs old, but he gave a talk in the primary program and shared his favorite scripture from the Book of Mormon--Moroni 10:4-5. It was powerful, even though he just read the scripture and said amen...I see a future missionary :) Later we told him how great a job he did and we asked him why he never told us he had a talk and he responded by saying, "I wanted it to be a suprise for you" AHH! So cute!!
Dad, thanks for the emails about the stars. I don't have time to look at them this time but next week I will have the chance. The reason I don't have time is because I sent pictures too. I hope you get all of them. I think there were 9 in total of our four baptisms and the last 'p' day where we went to visit the Lookout of the Inkas. It was so beautiful!! It reminded me of hiking in the mountains in Utah except these are HUGE. And the ruins were sweet too.
Clark, could you send me your MTC address or your mission address so I can write you? Thanks. Hope you're having a fun time preparing for the mission and when you get to the mtc look for Brother McPherson. He is the Jedi master teacher for those learning Spanish. La verdad. It would be sweet if you had him as a teacher.
Thanks for the package, Mom. I needed all those things and i am thoroughly enjoying the peanut butter...and so is my companion :)
The work is going good. I organized a choir for Christmas and these next few weeks we are going to go around singing to the less active families in the area. It will take three days because this area is so huge. ahha. But i am excited for that. Also we had a conference with our president this week. It was really great. If you guys come here to pick me up I know the perfect restaurant to take you to. We went there with the pres on Sat. But I learned a lot from this conference which I will talk about next time because I am out of time but I love you all and hope you are feeling the Christmas spirit!!
