Hola Familia!!!!!!
Wow! I have so much to write and share!!! Lets see...first of all it costs me a grand fortune to send letters here so I want to quickly respond to letters I received last week.
Leslie and Andrea, I don´t know if you read my blog, but thank you for your letters!! I was soooo happy to hear from you! Leslie, Peru is awesome. The food is a LOT...but delicious. Lots of bread. And rice. And meat. My trainer is great. She teaches me a lot. She is strong in her testimony and she knows a lot about the people here and how to best help them. It is a great learning experience for me. I make a lot of mistakes and she doesn´t hesitate to call me out but I learn how to be better each time. Sounds like you have a really fun semester ahead. Sad about Provo, but we can always stay in touch friend. Oh and ice cream here is deeeelicious!! Love you lots.
Andrea, I was so excited out of my mind to hear from you. Keep strong. Remember the story of Enos. The Lord has a plan for you and he has a lot of love for you. You have a strong testimony and there are people around you that you can share it with. Enjoy the little moments. My plane ride here was smooth. The branch here is small, but growing rapidly. I love every one of my investigators. Each has different difficulties, but the gospel can help them all. I love you!!!
And Suzanne!!! Congrats on your call!! Wow! Cant wait to share experiences when I return!!!
While you are all enjoying cold weather, I am dying of heat here. Agh! Oh yeah, and Mom I thought I told you but I received a water bottle with a filter in the MTC. It works great so far and I haven´t died so that is good news. I love missionary work. I got to participate in the baptism of Jempier yesterday. It was so beautiful. Ok, well my time is up...I love you all so much, Know that everything is great here and I can´t wait to share more next week.
Love
Hermana Lindsey
